Couples Nature Retreat – Lake District retreat
Retreat story

About the retreat

Life gets busy. Routines take over, conversations become shorter, and quality time together can easily slip to the bottom of the list. This Couples Nature Retreat is an invitation to pause, breathe and come back to each other. Set among the beautiful Lake District landscape, the day is designed to help you slow down, communicate openly and create meaningful new memories together. We will move gently through the landscape on a guided nature walk, take part in partner-strengthening exercises, explore breathwork and meditation, and share a refreshing cold-water dip in the pools. Every part of the day is centred on connection. The exercises create space to listen, build trust and appreciate one another away from the distractions of everyday life. The breathwork and meditation offer time to soften, settle and be fully present together, while the walk and dip bring a shared sense of adventure in one of the Lake District’s most beautiful natural settings. There is no pressure and no expectation to arrive with anything to fix. Whether your relationship feels stronger than ever or could simply use some intentional time and care, this retreat offers a supportive space to reconnect and leave feeling closer than when you arrived. Spaces are limited. The price is £50 per person, and one place should be booked for each person attending. We cannot wait to welcome you both. Love, Lucy & Aaron
