A sound bath is a guided rest experience where you lie down, get comfortable, and listen as sound moves through the room. Lucy may use crystal bowls, voice, gentle rhythm and other soft textures to create a steady atmosphere.

“An evening to come together and escape everyday life.”
An evening to come together, and yet escape the hustle bustle of every day life. Perfect evening as the sun was setting, we lay on the sands letting our thoughts escape the pressures, and relax in our own serenity. Before the sound bath there was music played, and after the sound bath lots of people just stayed around. Lovely evening, thank you.
