Retreat story
About the retreat
When was the last time you and your partner truly switched off from the outside world and gave each other your undivided attention?
Escape the everyday stresses and join us for a beautiful couples retreat, hidden away in the peaceful woodlands of Coniston in the Lake District.
A day dedicated to reconnecting, strengthening your bond, building trust and simply enjoying being together.
Surrounded by nature, we’ll guide you through guided meditation to slow down and reconnect, breathwork to release tension and feel more present, couples connection exercises to strengthen communication and trust, and playful activities to bring laughter, fun and a little adventure back into your relationship.
There will be a few special surprises along the way.
We’ll finish our day with a beautiful cold-water therapy dip—an opportunity to step outside your comfort zones, encourage one another and share an unforgettable experience together.
This isn’t about fixing your relationship. It’s about taking time to nurture it, remembering why you chose each other and creating memories away from the distractions of everyday life.
Come as you are, leave feeling a little closer.
