💙 Mother & Me – The Boys Edition A special afternoon of fun, laughter, connection and making memories together! A beautiful two-hour retreat designed for mums and their boys to enjoy some quality time together, away from screens, busy routines and everyday distractions. This isn’t about sitting still and being serious! It’s about having fun, sharing laughs, working together and creating those little moments that mean so much. Throughout the afternoon, we’ll enjoy: 💙 Mum & Son Challenges – Fun, lighthearted games and activities to encourage teamwork, laughter and connection. 💙 Mindfulness & Breathwork – Simple, playful breathing techniques to help children understand their emotions, feel calmer and learn how to relax. 💙 Bonding Activities – Meaningful little moments to strengthen your connection and create special memories together. 💙 Guided Meditation – A relaxing, imaginative journey designed especially for younger minds. 💙 Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath – Finish the afternoon snuggled up and cosy, enjoying the beautiful sounds and vibrations of our crystal singing bowls. No experience needed, just come as you are and enjoy some special time together.
