About the retreat

A sacred two-hour evening of grounding, release and deep inner connection. This retreat is about stepping away from the noise of everyday life, slowing everything down and creating space to turn inward. We’ll begin with intention setting, guided meditation and breathwork, allowing the mind to soften and giving you space to connect with what you may be ready to release, understand or move through. The evening will then move deeper into ceremony with Sananga and Hapé, traditional Amazonian plant practices held with intention, presence and reflection. Sananga will form part of a deeper practice around clarity, surrender and presence — creating space to sit with yourself, quieten the outside noise and look inward. Hapé will be held ceremonially as a practice of grounding, stillness and intention, bringing your awareness back into the body and the present moment. We’ll then move into the rhythm of the drum, allowing you to journey a little deeper before finishing with quiet integration, journaling and reflection. A space to release what feels heavy. To quieten the noise. To reconnect with yourself. And to become clearer on what you’re ready to leave behind and what you want to carry forward. Ground • Release • Reconnect Hapé and Sananga are optional. You are welcome to attend without receiving either. Please read the suitability information before booking.
