The experience
A morning of mindfulness, self-reflection and positive thinking, with guided meditation, journaling and crystal singing bowl sound healing.

Retreat story
About the retreat
How often do we find ourselves caught up in our own thoughts, overthinking, doubting ourselves or focusing on everything that’s going wrong?
The way we speak to ourselves matters. Sometimes, all we need is a little space to slow down, become aware of our thoughts and begin looking at things from a different perspective.
Join us for a beautiful two-hour morning retreat dedicated to reconnecting with yourself, shifting your mindset and creating a more positive relationship with your thoughts.
Guided Meditation – Quietening the mind, becoming present and creating space away from everyday distractions.
Positive Mindset Practices – Exploring negative thought patterns, limiting beliefs and how we can begin to challenge them.
Affirmations & Self-Belief – Learning to replace self-criticism with kinder, more empowering thoughts.
Guided Journaling – Reflecting on your thoughts, gaining clarity and setting positive intentions moving forward.
Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Healing – Finishing our morning with a deeply relaxing soundbath, allowing you time to rest, reconnect and simply be.
This morning isn’t about forcing yourself to be positive all the time. It’s about becoming more aware of your thoughts, showing yourself a little more compassion and learning that not every thought needs to become your reality.
Come as you are, take some time for yourself and leave feeling a little lighter, clearer and more connected.
