An evening to turn some of the love, care and energy you give to everyone else back towards yourself. So many of us spend our time pouring into work, family, relationships and everyone around us, while forgetting to check in with what we actually need. This retreat is about slowing down, reconnecting with yourself and remembering your own voice. We’ll move through grounding meditation, journaling and self-reflection, self-love and mirror-style work, gentle voice activation, intention setting, and sound healing. A soft but empowering evening designed to help you reconnect with your confidence, your voice and the version of you that often gets pushed to the bottom of the list.
