Mayan Retreats
Cancellation policy
We understand that plans can change. This policy explains what happens if you need to cancel or transfer your place.
Because places are limited and preparations are made in advance, all Mayan Retreats bookings are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event.
If you need to cancel more than 48 hours before the event, we can offer:
- A transfer to another suitable Mayan Retreats event with availability, or
- A refund of your booking, minus any non-refundable booking fees.
If you cancel within 48 hours, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or transfer your payment to another event.
You are welcome to transfer your place to someone else if you can no longer attend. Please let us know the name of the person taking your place before the event.
If Mayan Retreats needs to cancel the event, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another available date.
By booking, you agree to this cancellation policy.
