Meeting point
St Annes Parish Rooms 2a Oxford Road / Headroomgate Road, St Annes-on-Sea, FY8 2EA
Open meeting pointWe begin with a gentle welcome and guided meditation, followed by an immersive sound bath with crystal singing bowls, gongs, drum and Native American flute. Lie or sit comfortably, listen and rest; no previous experience is needed and there is no pressure to speak or share.
Each session lasts one hour — 6pm–7pm or 8pm–9pm on Tuesday 20th October 2026. Arrive ten minutes early to get in and settle: 5.50pm for the first session, or 7.50pm for the second. Your confirmation shows the session you selected.
The venue is St Annes Parish Rooms, on the corner of Headroomgate Road and Oxford Road, opposite St Annes Parish Church, St Annes-on-Sea, FY8 2EA.
Bring a yoga mat, pillow or cushion, and a warm blanket or extra layer. As you become still and relax you may feel cooler, so make yourself cosy and comfortable indoors. Your £2 ticket reserves your spot; please bring cash for your Pay What You Feel donation on the night. The donation is separate from the online reservation fee, with no set amount or pressure to give a particular amount.
Children aged 8+ are welcome if they can remain quiet and respectful throughout. Everyone attending needs a reservation ticket.
Photographs show previous Mayan community sound baths; this event takes place indoors at St Annes Parish Rooms.
If your plans change and you cannot attend, please use Manage booking in your confirmation email to cancel the places you no longer need. You can cancel selected places while keeping the others. These sound baths are in high demand, so letting us know promptly allows someone else to book and enjoy the evening. Thank you for being considerate. Cancellation releases your selected places and does not issue a refund of the £2 reservation payment.
